Mr. Craig Blomquist – Chief Executive Officer & Director

Prior to joining Fan Ya Tai, Mr. Blomquist was the President of Lombard - Servicing, Inc., a wholly owned Morgan Stanley NPL Loan Servicer in Japan. Mr. Blomquist transferred to Japan from Korea where he was the president of Morgan Stanley Properties Korea, Limited. In this role he has been responsible for 4 portfolios of non-performing real estate secured loans as well as the management of several individual office investments with a total value of over $1 Billion US and over 3,700 assets. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Blomquist was Senior Vice President with LNR Property responsible for asset management for the eastern US-including- real estate development, disposition, loan workout and portfolio acquisition. In this role at LNR, he was responsible for the monetization of over $3 billion US face in loans as well as management, redevelopment and sale of value add REO opportunities. Mr. Blomquist received his undergraduate degree in economics form Black Burn College in 1973, and Master of Science in Real Estate in 1989 from Georgia State University and the CCIM designation in 1997.

Mr. Channel Lin – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Channel Lin started his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.  After that, he joined White Horse Advertising Media and helped lead the firm’s finance team for an IPO on Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  Consequently at Walmart, he led a team of 29 staff members and managed accounts in accordance with the PRC, Hong Kong and US accounting standards.  He was most recently associated with Guangzhou Lotus Supermarket Chain Store, where he was in charge of its accounting department.  Mr. Lin is a Chinese CPA; he received his bachelor’s degree in International Trade from Zhongshan University, as well as an MBA with focuses in finance and strategic planning from the MIT/Zhongshan University Joint Program.

Mr. Jimmy Zhang – Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Zhang served as Deputy General Manager at GDAMC, Director at GDE and Director at Nam Yue (Group) Company Limited before joining Fan Ya Tai.  During that period, he was in charge of recovery of A/R with a book value of HK$939 million and recovered HK$296 million in 3 years’ time, achieving a recovery rate of 31.5%.  From 1994-1999, he served first as Deputy Managing Director, then Managing Director, of Jingmei Travel & Trading Company Limited, which invested in and managed hotels in Thailand, Hainan, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Zhuhai, and lands in Cambodia and Thailand; these assets were valued at HK$ 800 million.  Before 1993, Mr. Zhang was Deputy General Manager and Engineer at a Guangdong Passenger Bus Manufacturing Factory.  Mr. Zhang received his B.S. degree from South China University of Technology and an MBA from Murdoch University in Australia.
